Paid Vendor Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 13, 2026

These Paid Vendor Terms & Conditions apply to vendors who purchase a paid Noshora Live membership plan. They supplement the public platform terms and focus on vendor subscriptions, commercial use of the tools, and operational responsibilities tied to paid plans.

Business authority and account responsibility

By purchasing a paid vendor plan, you represent that you are authorized to act for the business tied to the vendor account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, limiting access to authorized personnel, and ensuring your business profile, tax, payout, and operating information stays accurate.

Paid plan access

Paid plans may unlock higher menu limits, expanded location capacity, analytics, featured discovery, custom branding, priority support, and other plan-specific features. Access depends on the active plan shown in the vendor membership area and may change if the plan changes, expires, is canceled, or is suspended for non-payment or policy violations.

Operational obligations

Vendors must keep menus, pricing, item availability, live location details, pickup expectations, and business representations reasonably current. Paid status does not excuse inaccurate listings, misleading offers, prohibited goods, unsafe conduct, or misuse of customer, payout, or support systems.

Acceptable use and enforcement

Paid vendors may not use Noshora Live to violate law, mislead customers, abuse payment flows, manipulate discovery placement, interfere with platform security, scrape restricted data, or submit fraudulent orders, refunds, disputes, or payout claims. Noshora Live may restrict features, suspend billing access, or terminate vendor access when necessary to protect customers, the platform, or payment operations.

Plan changes and legal updates

Noshora Live may update plan packaging, feature availability, public documentation, or these vendor terms as the product and compliance requirements evolve. Material updates should be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of a paid vendor plan after an update may require renewed acceptance in the app.
