Paid Vendor Privacy Policy
Noshora Live is operated by LaunchPad Guild LLC ("Noshora," "we," "us"). This Paid Vendor Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with paid vendor memberships, business operations, support interactions, and billing administration. Information used for paid vendor accounts
Noshora Live may use business contact details, owner account information, business profile content, menu and location data, payout status, support history, subscription plan state, and activity needed to operate paid vendor features.
Billing and payment information
Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Noshora Live does not store complete payment card numbers -- billing, invoice, and renewal information is managed through Stripe's hosted checkout and billing portal tools.
Operational and support data
Vendor operations may generate information about menu publishing, business settings, locations, live status, orders, payouts, disputes, refunds, and support cases. This information may be used to operate the service, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and comply with payment, legal, or security obligations.
Sharing with service providers
We share vendor information only with the service providers needed to run Noshora Live, each processing only what their function requires:
- Supabase -- database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe -- payment processing, vendor payouts, and membership billing.
- Firebase (Google) -- web hosting and the server-side functions that render pages like this one.
- Google Maps / Places -- address autocomplete and map display for vendor stop locations.
We do not sell vendor information. We may also disclose it when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Noshora, our users, or the public.
Cookies and tracking
Noshora Live does not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies for the vendor dashboard. The web app sets only strictly necessary cookies for signed-in session handling and a CSRF token that protects that sync.
Retention and deletion
We retain vendor business, billing, and support data for as long as your vendor account is active, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal, tax, or accounting obligations (for example, payment and payout records that Stripe or tax authorities require us to keep). To request deletion or export of your vendor data, email launchpadgear@gmail.com from your account's contact address; we'll verify your identity before acting on the request. Closing your account deletes or anonymizes associated personal data other than what we must retain as described above.

As Noshora Live evolves, this page will be updated alongside product and legal changes, with a revised "Last updated" date.
