Privacy Policy
Noshora Live is operated by LaunchPad Guild LLC ("Noshora," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. For privacy questions or to exercise any of the rights below, contact us at launchpadgear@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- You provide it directly -- account details (name, email), business profile content, order details, support messages, and payment setup information (handled by Stripe, not stored by us -- see "Payments" below).
- Generated by using the app -- order history, follows, notifications, live vendor status updates, and support case activity.
- Location data -- approximate or precise device location for discovery and maps, and the addresses vendors enter for their live pickup spots. Location permission is optional; declining it limits nearby-discovery features but does not block account creation.
Location and discovery
Customer-facing discovery, maps, and nearby vendor features depend on location data. Vendor location tools also use address and schedule details to publish live spots accurately.
Cookies and tracking
Noshora Live does not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The web app sets only strictly necessary cookies for signed-in session handling (mirroring your Supabase Auth session to our hosting layer) and a CSRF token that protects that sync -- nothing used for cross-site tracking or ad targeting.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Noshora Live, each processing only what their function requires:
- Supabase -- database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe -- payment processing, billing, and payouts. See "Payments" below.
- Firebase (Google) -- web hosting and the server-side functions that render pages like this one.
- Google Maps / Places -- map display and address autocomplete for location search and vendor stop addresses.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Noshora, our users, or the public.
Payments
Card details are entered directly into Stripe's payment interface and never pass through Noshora's servers -- we do not store complete payment card numbers. Stripe processes payments, vendor payouts, and membership billing on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
Support and security
Support tools process case details related to orders, payments, refunds, disputes, payouts, balances, and account issues. Please avoid sending full card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes through support forms -- we never need them and won't ask for them.
How long we keep information
We retain account, order, and support data for as long as your account is active, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal, tax, or accounting obligations (for example, payment records that Stripe or tax authorities require us to keep). When you request deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data except what we're required to retain for those purposes.
Your rights and choices
You can request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or ask us what we hold about you, by emailing launchpadgear@gmail.com from the email associated with your account (or, if you're locked out, via this recovery form). We'll verify your identity before acting on the request. Deleting your account closes it and removes associated personal data other than what we must retain as described above.
Vendors and connected services
Vendor operations involve business profile information, payout status, and service configuration needed to manage live availability and related operations. Connected payment and mapping services process data needed to complete those functions, as described above.
Paid vendor privacy disclosures
Paid vendor memberships involve additional account, billing, and support operations. Vendors should also review the Paid Vendor Privacy Policy together with Paid Vendor Terms & Conditions and Paid Vendor Terms of Sale.
Policy updates
As Noshora Live evolves, this page will be updated alongside product and legal changes, with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
